Refund policy

Because our albums are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

If something goes wrong — your download link doesn't work, a file won't open, or you were charged twice — please contact us within 30 days of purchase through the Contact page at foster-rico.com. We'll fix it right away, send a new link, or give you a full refund if we can't fix it.

Having trouble playing your music? On Windows, right-click the downloaded file and choose "Extract All" before playing. Each album also includes a "How to Listen" guide.
